Award Winning Experts Srinivas Mohan and Sanath PC presenting a Seminar in Double Dhamaka Session
Award Winning Experts Srinivas Mohan from Chennai (an Indian visual effects designer, coordinator & supervisor in Film Industry) and Sanath PC (co-founder and VFx director at Firefly Creative Studio) from Hyderabad presenting a seminar on Animation, Visual Effects, and Pre- Production in The Double Dhamaka Session, conducted by The Animation Society of India. They have recently worked on the Visual Effects for the movie ‘Baahubali’.

The Heritage Tour to Mandav with an intention to make students understand and appreciate the ancient architecture, sculpture & skilful art of our country through this incredible heritage. A complete nature’s paradise, surrounded with historical impact, Mandu is a 6th century fortress town in Malwa plateau with a large number of historic monuments located in Madhya Pradesh.

Every year Students & Mentors from Arena Animation • GBS actively participates in Kalakari - The Kreative Kumbh! Kalakari is a wonderful platform for Artistic People to showcase their Skills and interact with other Talented Students & Professionals. From sketching on the Rhythm of Music to Voice Acting, students get mesmerised with Creative Workshops, High Energy Performances, and Entertainment Sessions at The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre, Madh Island, Mumbai.

The Voice Artist Chetan Sashital from Mumbai presented a seminar on Voice Acting in The Double Dhamaka Session, conducted by The Animation Society of India. He is mostly recognized for working in the Dubbing Industry and has been the voice of many Actors & Cricketers, and done more than 1,000 Commercials.
An activity on Film Making - Script-Shoot-Edit - the 48 Hour Film Project
The Animation Society of India, TASI, conducted an outstanding activity on Film Making (Script-Shoot-Edit), The 48 Hour Film Project. Event got amazing response from all the students and professionals where all 11 Teams submitted their Films. Students from Arena Animation • GBS also participated passionately to make this event a great success. Films were showcased and critically appraised by TASI Experts of 48fhp Mr.Yogi Chopra and Mr.Kaushal Kshirsagar.
Live Project based Sculpting Workshop organised by Arena Animation GBS
Arena Animation • GBS organized a Live Project based Sculpting Workshop for its students where they got a hands on exposure to create Sculpting Work under the expert guidance of Fine Arts Faculty Vaibhav Singodia. Attendees get small group instruction with some unique sculpting techniques and one-on-one critiques of sculptures created during the workshop. From sketchbooks and designs to finished pieces, students thoroughly enjoyed their experience with this workshop.
ASIFA India - Indore Chapter International Animation Day Celebrations
ASIFA India Indore Chapter Celebrated International Animation Day in Indore with Experts from Walt Disney and Gameshastra. The first session was taken up by Rajesh Sharma (Technology Manager of Look, Dynamics, Effects and Interaction Design at Walt Disney Animation Studios, U.S.A) along with Rama Krishna Polina, on ‘Creating Believable Worlds through Technology, Disney Big Hero - 6’. While, the second session was taken up by Arun Prasand, (Leads the Art Services in Gameshastra Hyderabad) on ‘Insights about Game Designing’.

It is an annual event & keenly contested Creative Competition of Arena Animation • GBS which is organized with an aim to provide students a platform for showcasing their rocking performances in Music & Dance under 'Jalsa' celebrations. Jalsa is organised every year in the month of September with great enthusiasm & joy to commemorate the establishment of the Academy.

Glimpses of ‘Creative Minds’ recently concluded at Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore. The session was taken up by Prashant Shahane, Lead 3D Artist at Trace VFx and Atul Bhatkare, Technical Head at Eplus Studio. ‘Creative Minds’ is Arena’s flagship Inter-Centre Student Competition, where students produce and showcase some Brilliant Artwork covering all the genres of art - Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, Character Animation Sequence, 3D Architectural Visualization, Digital Illustration, 2D Animation, Web Designing, and Many More.

Animation Film Designer Dhimant Vyas and his Assistant Arvind Chadusama gave a Creative Treat to the students by showcasing them Live Demos on Clay Modelling & Animation in a Workshop organised by Arena Animation • GBS. As a master of Claymation, Dhimant Vyas is well known for his work in the making of Title Animation Sequence for the highly acclaimed Hindi feature film 'Taare Zameen Par'.

Arena Premier League is a Sports Fest in which Students & Staff Members of the Centre actively participate and thoroughly enjoy the Game of Cricket. Friendly yet competitive, the two action-packed days features a series of close encounters between different Teams in a cheerful atmosphere. The tempo is created among the crowd by live commentary with the spontaneous actions of the supporters throughout the fest.

The Award Winning Artist, a Photographer, Painter & Filmmaker, Saraswathi Vani Balagam presenting a seminar on Storytelling in an interactive session with the students organized by ASIFA India Indore Chapter. She has been working in the Animation & Visual Effects Industry, ranging from marketing to Studio Management. She served as President of ASIFA India, a non-profit organization focused on promoting the Art of Animation in India. She also started the Indian Chapter of Women in Animation.

Arena Animation • GBS organised an exclusive premier show of the animated comedy film ‘Delhi Safari’ in 3D at Central Mall, Indore. Delhi Safari is a 2012 Indian Stereoscopic 3D Computer-Animated film Directed by Nikhil Advani. It has been produced by Krayon Pictures (a Pune-based 3D Animation Studio).
